Privacy policy

Your files are uploaded encrypted over HTTPS and stored in the EU (AWS S3). AI generation happens at a verified partner under standard contractual clauses per Art. 46 GDPR. We never use anything for model training.

We keep files for at most 12 months from project creation. You can delete individual projects or your whole account with its data at any time in settings (right to erasure).

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of fotožije.sk and the purchase of credits, packs and subscriptions. The service is operated by the company listed below.

1. The service

fotožije.sk restores, colorizes and repairs old photos using artificial intelligence and turns them into a short HD video. The result is generated automatically and its exact look may vary depending on the source photo.

2. Credits and payments

Credits are bought one-time in packs or via a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, who also handle VAT (Stripe Tax). Listed prices are final. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the customer portal.

3. Rights to your photos

By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it this way and that you do not infringe third-party rights. Finished videos and images belong to you; we claim no rights to your content and never use it to train models.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

We refund unused credits on request within 24 hours of purchase. See the Refunds section below for details.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Because the result is generated by AI, we do not guarantee a specific artistic outcome. If a generation fails, the credits are automatically refunded to your account.

6. Contact and disputes

For questions or complaints, contact us at the email below. As a consumer you may also turn to an alternative dispute resolution body or the European ODR platform.

Refunds

We want you to be happy. If you bought credits and haven’t used them yet, we’ll gladly refund you.

Refund within 24 hours

You can request a refund within 24 hours of buying a pack or subscription, provided you haven’t used the purchased credits yet (i.e. haven’t started a generation). In that case we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

How to request

Email us at alelasvk@gmail.com from the address you registered with and include your purchase date. We’ll refund you within 14 days, though usually much sooner.

Credits already used

Because this is digital content delivered instantly, once a credit is used (a generation started) the right to a refund for that part expires. If a generation fails, the credit is automatically returned to your account.
